COOKIES:

ONE-TIME ORDERS

Cookies are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage unless you selected a different option at checkout. The rate charged for your shipping is displayed at checkout in real time.

FREE SHIPPING ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription customers receive free shipping on their subscription orders, shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. You'll receive a notification via text and/or e-mail 3 days prior to your order being charged and processed, and can modify or cancel your order at any time.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

We ship Monday through Wednesday using FedEx. Frozen shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend so we are not able to deliver your package on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or a FedEx holiday. We cannot ship outside of the United States.

HOW DO WE DO IT?

Our warehouse packs your ice cream in a cooler within a shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put ice cream in the freezer. Use gloves when handling dry ice. Fun Fact: the temperature inside that box is about negative 110 degrees F which is colder than your freezer by 100 degrees.

Note: the extreme temperature changes resulting from the cold of the dry ice may sometimes cause the ice cream to "contract" inside the container. All pints leave our facility 100% full and we take all possible measures to decrease the chances of shrinkage occurring. Should shrinkage occur, that does not impact the quality of the product.

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

The FedEx or UPS driver will be authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will help ensure that your product will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts.

TRACKING

When the shipping label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE

Nightfood cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped. Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day.

Orders received with longer transit locations than shipping days left in the week will be held for shipment the following Monday. Using Standard shipping, your package will arrive Tuesday through Friday and Saturday if possible.

OUR GUARANTEE

To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of some of our products.
